A new property a fresh start
How you behave when you move into your new property will determine the outcome when you move out.
Set aside 2-3 hours over your first three days to complete a thorough entry condition report. Don’t be concerned if you contradict what the property manager has written, they are professionals and should appreciate you pointing out errors, it is your bond money at stake. Take photos, the more the better, make sure they are date stamped. Hopefully you will never need them but nothing can describe the condition of the property on entry like a photograph.
